Marty has such a strange work schedule that weekends are never "weekends" to us. Our weekend usually falls somewhere in the middle of the week - lately Tuesday and Wednesday being the norm.
So today I wanted to head out to the park and explore but being that I can't stand to put a shirt on, it wasn't going to happen. Today has been a lazy day of movie watching, internet surfing, fishing and general putzing.
Tomorrow, we are going to a pool party. Don't worry. Sunscreen will be liberally applied as will a hat and clothing.
I was going to wait until we got the pictures, but who knows when that will be, so I will tell you now. Justin Michael was born yesterday. He weighed in at 8lbs 8 oz and was 21" long. Mom and baby are both doing great. Once Marty's brother emails the pictures, I will post them.

Congrats on the nephew! Today is our oldest niece's birthday--number 22. How the heck did THAT happen?! (I can't possibly have been in this family that long?! SIL was pregnant with said niece when I started dating Greg; sheesh)

How funny! My SIL says the same thing every year when Christian has a birthday. "I started dating your brother when you were pregnant with him! How did he get so old??"
